From start-up to success story
Founded in 2014 then acquired in 2019 by AXA IM Alts, The Boost Society group became the leader in the French co-living market in just five years as an investor, operator and owner. Our rapid success stems from a pioneering and innovative concept tailored to each target.
Our projects are funded entirely from equity, which means the group – through its KLEY, Hife and Campus brands – helps boost the economies of municipalities in France and Spain. And that is something else we are very proud of.

#Mission

In plain terms, we build, develop and run friendly residences that promote well-being and fulfilment. We do this for a community of students, young workers and professionals to make their daily lives easier and more flexible.

At The Boost Society, we believe that decoding society's trends to create and develop tailor-made solutions for new ways of living is a necessity!
Connect communities
There is strength in community. Connecting with others is crucial. And this is especially true when transitioning to a new life stage, such as when you are a student or young worker. That's why what we offer is designed to bring together a community. Because feeling supported is a crucial ingredient for thriving in life.

Let's open new frontiers

The Boost Society currently houses 6,800 students across 26 KLEY residences around France and 5 Campus residences in Spain. By 2026, the group's goal is to accommodate nearly 10,000 students across 35 KLEY residences and nearly 3,000 workers across 11 Hife residences. This means, across its three brands, which includes the Campus brand in Spain, the goal within 3 years is to welcome nearly 15,000 students, young workers and professionals in France and Europe.
